Database Coordinator: Help build lives and community by working with Chatham Habitat for Humanity to enable low-income families to achieve their dream of homeownership. Chatham Habitat for Humanity is located in Pittsboro, North Carolina and serves Chatham County. We build and sell homes with affordable mortgages to low-income families.
The Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all donor and volunteer records electronically, recording daily donations, tracking all volunteer hours, and managing the organization’s data to assist in meeting our annual fundraising goals. The Database Coordinator will use E-Tapestry, Volunteer Hub, and other programs as needed. The Database Coordinator is supervised by the Development Director and is a member of the Resource Development Department.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a strong belief in and commitment to the organization’s mission and vision, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a great member of a collaborative team, be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, etc.), be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and accurate, show initiative and independence in carrying out responsibilities, and have excellent customer service skills. Database experience is a benefit, but not required.
This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position. 20 hours are flexible within normal business hours.
