Volunteer/Donor Engagement Coordinator

Habitat for Humanity of Goldsboro-Wayne is now hiring for a volunteer/donor engagement coordinator. Donors and volunteers are the lifeblood for Habitat Goldsboro-Wayne and we are seeking a motivated, self-starting individual who is able and willing to jump in with both feet. This position will work closely with the Executive Director to recruit and retain volunteers and donors, plan special events and fundraising and recognition campaigns, and to promote the work Habitat is doing in the community. Required are strong customer service skills, the ability to work with a team and alone, experience with modern social media platforms, comfort with public speaking, and the desire to see our community grow and improve. Also required is a belief in the importance of affordable housing and the role it can play in creating a new foundation from which families can build better futures. Highly preferred skills include digital/graphic design and video editing. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays. Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
