Competent Person Training- January 18-19, 2018
Beginning July 2018, all Habitat affiliates will be required to have at least one staff person or volunteer at each work site who is qualified as a Competent Person in order to remain in good standing with HFHI.
In an effort to help give all affiliates a chance to maintain or exceed good standing status, this will be the first of three (at least) trainings for the first six months of 2018. Habitat NC is aiming to coordinate one for Greenville in March or early April—and another in Charlotte, for May or early June.
Please make your lodging plans with Geri Wright at Habitat Forsyth for the dorm-style rooms at their offices, or call Fairfield Inn to reserve a room at the negotiated group rate of $119 plus tax. Some of you may want to come in the night before; some will only need a room for the 18th.
The training is facilitated by Habitat for Humanity of NC. Lunch and snacks are provided.
